We undertake guided walks which are suitable for people of all ages, subject only to being able to manage the two or so miles which each of the walks take. There are some rough surfaces to be negotiated, so good shoes and a willingness to get them a bit dirty are all that is needed in most circumstances. We don’t ever want to disadvantage people whose mobility is impaired though. Each of the walks around the villages is able to be adapted if we are aware of the issues.
